    I highly recommend Chace and Jeff with Southern Land Improvements. They gave me a good price, clearly communicated, and did a great job improving my undeveloped property. The property had many downed trees from previous storms, consisted of steep slopes, and swampy soil near a creek. They transformed the landscape and vastly improved the property, adding a driveway, clearing a homesite, forestry mulching, disposing of debris, and stacking logs for my sawmill. Excellent work! I will use them for any future land improvements.

    Chace and Jeff were a pleasure to work with. We had a large oak tree removed between our home and our neighbors. It was handled quickly and safely. Roberto, the climber, added to the confidence of their team. Chace communicated very well before, during and after the work was done. Very professional.

    In one day, Southern Land Improvements cleared my extremely steep hillside that contained a snarled mess of trees caused by hurricane Helene. They took down five trees between 10 and 22” in diameter, cut up massive hardwoods that had fallen, got rid of large root balls, and hauled off everything but a few branches that could each be picked up with one hand. They were professional and honest, had a great price, and did their job extremely well. I would recommend them to anyone.

    Chace and Jeff with Southern Land Improvements did an outstanding job on clearing a portion of my property for a future home site and cleaning up my 1 acre+ pond dam! Great quality work and communication throughout the entire process was top notch! I highly recommend any kind of site prep, pond creation/maintenance, or land excavating! Again, I am very impressed with job they did for my property. 10 stars for these Gents!
